We aim to ship all orders within 24-48 hours. Please allow up to another three working days for delivery in the UK, four days for Europe and up to five days for the Rest of the World. Costs:-

Standard Costs

UK - £3.50 for orders less than £100 (standard post);
       Free for orders over £100 (standard post);
       Postage is included in the cost of unframed oil paintings;
       For framed paintings we only pass on the carrier charge.

EU - £4.95 for all orders (approx. 7 Euros).

USA - £5.95 for all orders (approx. US$11)

Rest of the World - Cost price postage + a small handling charge. We will email and agree with you the total amount before dispatch.

Very occasionally, due to the weight of an individual  an item, the above prices may need to be increased. In the rare event of this happening, we will only charge the cost price, and we will notify you of the exact cost by email before proceeding with an order.

Health and Harmony operate a fair and honest refund and exchange policy. We follow the Office Of Fair Trading guidelines on "Shopping From Home on the Internet" and the "Distant Selling Regulations". We aim to provide clear information to you before you order and will confirm all orders, whether by e-mail, fax or letter. 

All of our products are of a fine quality. However, please note that because many are individually hand-made by craftsmen, each piece is unique and so there may be small differences in the finish etc. For the same reason, dimensions are in many cases approximate.

We would like you to order with complete confidence, so if you are dissatisfied for any reason, please return the product, in its original condition, within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. This includes oil painting commissions. This guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

Where a refund is due we shall make the payment within 30 days of the date we receive your cancellation.

Privacy
Health and Harmony are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide a more personalised shopping experience. When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you of your order status. We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about new Health and Harmony services and special offers that we think you may find of interest. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Act 1984, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access. We will NOT disclose the information we collect to outside parties.

Security
The purchase area of our site is secure. We use industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all your personal information including credit or debit card number and name and address. This technology works with all browsers and means it is as good as impossible for someone else to read any information that you provide us.  In fact, shopping at Health and Harmony is statistically safer than using your credit card in a High Street store or restaurant.

For additional protection, we ask for your card’s security code during the ordering process. For MasterCard, Visa and Switch cards, this code is the last three digits in italics on the signature strip on the back of the card. For American Express cards, this code is a four-digit number printed on the front of the card, above the embossed card number. The Card Security Code may also be known as the Card Verification Code'. Use of this code reduces the risk of credit card fraud in cases where the fraudulent user does not actually possess the credit card itself.
