AROMATHERAPY

Treatments are based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine Principal, working on energy channels (Qi) and pressure points with essential oils. Each treatment is individual with each person's specific needs taken into account when making up a personal blend of essential oils. The beneficial effect on stress and stress related problems are well known. Some of the other conditions that can be helped are emotional problems/trauma, depression, insomnia, migraine/headaches, muscular aches and pains, fatigue, lack of energy, arthritis/rheumatism, a low immune system, and ME. A course of 4 treatments is usually needed, but a single treatment will promote relaxation and a sense of well-being.

The cost for feet only is £20 (30 mins), legs and feet £24 (45 mins), shoulders, neck and back, including head and face £26 (50 mins), shoulders, neck, back and feet, including head and face £30 (1 hour), head to toe (full body) £39.

BOWEN TECHNIQUE

This is a remedial therapy which involves a series of gentle moves on the muscle and connective tissue along the whole body using the thumb and fingers. There is no manipulation or adjustment of hard tissue, the treatment being subtle and relaxing. It can be performed through light clothing and is ideal for sports injuries, RSI, frozen shoulders, back pain, tennis elbow and respiratory symptoms. A course of 3 treatments is required to recognise the effects.

Each treatment costs £28.

INDIAN HEAD AND SHOULDER MASSAGE

This technique works on the physical, psychological and subtle levels. The techniques used represent a de-stressing programme for the whole body. It can be given fully clothed, in a sitting position (oils used on neck are optional) and costs £24.

A RELAXING FACIAL

Cleansing, toning, peeling, face massage and finishes with a face mask, (1 hour 30 mins) and costs £34.
